These Terms are here to keep things fair, transparent, and clear for everyone in our community.
EDM Festie Gear was built by ravers, for ravers. We want shopping with us to feel easy, safe, and welcoming while protecting our customers, our company, independent artists, and the people who help make our products possible.
We believe PLUR belongs both inside and outside the festival gates. That means treating people with respect, being transparent about what we sell, supporting artists, and doing our best to make things right when something goes wrong.
Please read these Terms of Service before using our website or purchasing from us.
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by C&C Custom Prints & More LLC, doing business as EDM Festie Gear, including EDMFestieGear.com. Throughout these Terms, the words “EDM Festie Gear,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to C&C Custom Prints & More LLC and EDM Festie Gear, as applicable.
We provide this website, including the information, products, tools, features, and Services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.

Some EDM Festie Gear products may be available exclusively online.
Many of our products are produced on demand, meaning they are created after an order is placed rather than sitting in a giant warehouse waiting for someone to rescue them.
Other products may be fulfilled or supplied through third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment partners, or suppliers.
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
PRODUCT IMAGES & COLORS
We do our best to display product colors, artwork, placement, sizing, and appearance accurately.
However, screens display colors differently, and manufacturing processes can create small variations between a digital mockup and the physical product.
Colors, print placement, sizing, texture, and other characteristics may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We may limit quantities or discontinue products.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may be changed when necessary.
SECTION 6 - OUR NO-AI ARTWORK PROMISE 🎨
REAL ARTISTS. REAL CREATIVITY. REAL RAVE CULTURE.
This one matters deeply to us.
At EDM Festie Gear, we believe the artwork behind our products should come from human imagination, creativity, and artistic expression.
EDM Festie Gear does not intentionally use AI-generated images as artwork for our clothing or products.
We believe in supporting real artists, independent designers, and the creative minds who bring their personalities, emotions, unusual ideas, and imagination into the world through art.
Our commitment is to keep human creativity at the heart of EDM Festie Gear.
WHERE OUR ARTWORK COMES FROM 🎨
EDM Festie Gear sources artwork through various third-party image libraries, stock image websites, digital artwork marketplaces, design platforms, and other legitimate creative resources.
These platforms allow businesses and individuals to purchase, license, or otherwise obtain artwork for commercial use.
We select artwork that we believe aligns with our commitment to human-created designs and the culture of the EDM and festival community.
We do not knowingly select, purchase, license, or use artwork identified as AI-generated for our products.
However, EDM Festie Gear does not own or operate these third-party artwork platforms and cannot independently guarantee the creation methods, labeling practices, or accuracy of every image supplied by outside contributors.
As artificial intelligence continues to advance, AI-generated images may be uploaded, edited, altered, mislabeled, resold, or incorrectly represented as human-created artwork.
Because of this, it may not always be possible to determine whether artwork originated from artificial intelligence based on its appearance, listing information, or available documentation alone.
Our promise is to act responsibly, investigate credible concerns, and remove artwork when reliable evidence establishes that it originated as an AI-generated image.
ARTIST AND DESIGNER IDENTIFICATION 🖌️
We believe artists deserve recognition for their creativity and contributions.
Because much of our artwork comes from third-party image libraries and design marketplaces, the original artist's or designer's name may not always appear directly on our product listings.
If a customer, artist, or member of the rave community requests information about the creator of a particular design, EDM Festie Gear will make reasonable efforts to identify and provide the original artist's or designer's name when that information is available through our artwork source or licensing records.
In some cases, artwork platforms may identify creators using usernames, contributor profiles, studio names, or business names rather than personal names.
We will share available creator information when permitted by the applicable platform's terms, licensing agreements, and privacy requirements.
We cannot guarantee that every original creator can be identified, particularly when the supplying platform does not disclose that information.
Our goal is transparency, accountability, and respect for the creative community.
OUR COMMITMENT WHEN AI ARTWORK IS DISCOVERED
If credible original-source evidence establishes that artwork offered by EDM Festie Gear originated as an AI-generated image, we will take appropriate corrective action.
We promise to:

We evaluate claims based on credible evidence concerning the original source and creation of the artwork.
An AI-detection website, automated detection score, personal accusation, or visual resemblance alone does not automatically establish that artwork was generated by artificial intelligence.
We reserve the right to review the available evidence, contact artwork suppliers, and investigate the original source before making a determination.
OUR AI ART REFUND PROMISE 💚
We stand behind our commitment to human-created artwork.
If you purchased an EDM Festie Gear product featuring artwork that is subsequently established through credible original-source evidence to have originated as an AI-generated image, we will refund the amount you paid for the affected item.
This refund promise applies regardless of whether the artwork was originally obtained from a third-party image library, digital marketplace, or other artwork supplier.
The refund applies to the purchase price of the affected product and does not automatically include:

Unrelated products purchased in the same order.

Original or return shipping charges.

Customs duties or additional service charges.

Taxes or other amounts, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We may request reasonable information to locate and verify the original purchase, including an order number, purchase date, or other proof of purchase.
This voluntary artwork guarantee is separate from, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
We make this promise because we do not want to profit from artwork that conflicts with the values we have shared with our community.
REPORTING SUSPECTED AI-GENERATED ARTWORK 🔎
If you believe artwork featured on EDM Festie Gear originated from an AI-generated image, we encourage you to contact us.
Whenever possible, please provide supporting information, such as the original image source, creator information, original publication, or other relevant documentation.
We will review credible reports in good faith and investigate the information reasonably available to us.
Not every image that appears unusual, highly detailed, surreal, psychedelic, or digitally manipulated is AI-generated.
Our goal is not to accuse legitimate artists or judge their work based on appearance. Our goal is to identify artwork's actual origins and take responsibility when reliable evidence establishes a problem.

EDM Festie Gear was built by ravers who believe that the EDM community is about more than music, clothing, and festivals.
It's about creativity, individuality, connection, and supporting the people who make this culture what it is.
We want real artists and independent designers to have a place in the future we're building.
Technology will continue to change. Creative tools will continue to evolve. The ways artwork is bought, sold, and distributed will continue to change.
But our commitment to supporting human creativity will remain.
We're not claiming that every third-party artwork platform is perfect or that mistakes can never happen.
We're promising to be transparent about how we source our designs, take legitimate concerns seriously, and correct problems when credible evidence establishes them.

SECTION 7 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where permitted by law.
Restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, reseller, distributor, or other circumstances that reasonably indicate abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.
If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase and account information.
You are responsible for keeping information associated with your account current so we can process transactions and contact you when necessary.

We love hearing from the rave community.

Unless separately agreed in writing, submitting an unsolicited idea does not create an employment relationship, partnership, artist agreement, licensing agreement, or obligation to compensate you.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably determine is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, malicious, obscene, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for our website.
You may not submit content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Do not impersonate another person, intentionally provide false information about the origin of content, or upload malicious software.
You are responsible for content you submit.

Purchasing a product does not purchase the intellectual property rights to the artwork printed on that product.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit, or falsely claim ownership of protected EDM Festie Gear content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Some product mockups, photographs, templates, manufacturing assets, or other materials may be supplied by our fulfillment partners, manufacturers, licensors, artists, or other third parties and remain subject to their respective rights.
We respect the intellectual property rights of artists and others.
If you believe content appearing on EDM Festie Gear infringes intellectual property rights you own or represent, contact us with enough information for us to investigate the claim.
SECTION 15 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND & THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
EDM Festie Gear works with third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment companies, suppliers, and other business partners.
We do not physically manufacture every product offered through our website.
Depending on the product, a third party may manufacture, print, package, or ship your order.
This means production times, packaging, shipping origin, product specifications, and fulfillment procedures may vary depending on the product and supplier.
We remain committed to helping our customers when legitimate order problems occur, subject to our policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that our website or Service will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or available at every moment.

EDM Festie Gear was built by ravers, for ravers.
We aren’t standing on the outside of this community looking in. We’ve been in the crowds, camped at festivals, traded kandi, made new friends in random places, helped people through rough moments, dressed completely ridiculous, stayed up way too late making perlers, and experienced the kind of connection that makes the EDM community feel different from anywhere else.
This community means more to us than selling clothes.
EDM Festie Gear exists because we believe rave culture should be about Peace, Love, Unity, Respect, self-expression, creativity, acceptance, and looking out for each other.
We want every person who interacts with our brand to know there are real people behind it.
If you have a problem with an order, talk to us.
If something doesn’t seem right, tell us.
If you have a question, ask us.
If you’re attending your first festival and need advice, reach out.
If you’re an artist, creator, flow artist, DJ, vendor, small business, or fellow raver trying to build something of your own, we want to support people within this community whenever we reasonably can.
And sometimes support has nothing to do with buying something from us.
If you see us at a festival, vendor booth, event, or somewhere out in the wild, come say hi. Trade some kandi. Tell us your story. Show us your outfit. Tell us about the set that completely melted your brain. 😂
We want EDM Festie Gear to grow alongside the rave community, not above it.
As we grow, our goal is to create more opportunities for ravers, artists, creators, festival workers, and people who genuinely understand this culture. We want to help preserve the weirdness, kindness, creativity, freedom, and sense of belonging that made us fall in love with the scene in the first place.
We will not always be perfect. We’re human, and mistakes can happen.
But if something goes wrong, we want the opportunity to talk with you, understand what happened, and do what we reasonably can to help make things right.
At the end of the day, we’re ravers too.
We’re standing in the same crowd.
We’re wearing the kandi.
We’re chasing the same lasers.
And we’re here to help keep the spirit of this community alive.

SECTION 24 - DRUGS, INTOXICANTS & PRODUCT LANGUAGE
EDM Festie Gear does not encourage or endorse illegal drug use or unsafe substance use.
Our rave-themed product names, artwork, jokes, descriptions, slang, graphics, and branding are intended for entertainment, artistic expression, and festival culture.
Unless expressly stated and legally permitted, nothing appearing in our product names, descriptions, artwork, marketing, or website should be interpreted as medical advice or as a representation that a product will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or mitigate a disease, overdose, medical emergency, or other medical condition.
Dietary supplements and wellness products should be used according to their labels.
